Cathy Moskal brings a unique blend of real estate expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and genuine care for her clients to every transaction. With several years of experience working with buyers and sellers throughout Pennsylvania. Cathy is known for her thoughtful approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to guiding clients confidently through the real estate process.
Before real estate, Cathy built a successful entrepreneurial venture by investing in and restoring a historic home in the Finger Lakes region of New York, transforming it into a highly rated travel bed and breakfast. This hands-on experience gives her valuable insight into property value, renovation potential, and what makes a home truly stand out in today’s market.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a concentration in Psychology from Keuka College in Keuka Park, New York. Her educational background enhances her ability to understand client needs, navigate negotiations, and provide a calm, supportive experience during what is often a major life transition.
Outside of real estate, Cathy is a proud mother of three and grandmother to four. She has a deep appreciation for music, the performing arts, original art, vintage artifacts, and architecture. A Bucks County resident, Cathy enjoys walking around Lake Galena, spending time in nature, staying active, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
